[b]Backstory: [/b]Edwin Elliston was born way before the Seven Hour War. He gone to military school at the age of 16. After he finished the school he wanted to become a unit in a special Agency next to New York. In the Seven Hour War his parents grabbed weapons and went to aid the soldiers who were in battle against the Union. He Refused to do this and instead he helped the Union by giving them informations. After this he got relocated 2 times. He first got relocated in City 18, but shortly after he got relocated in City 17 since City 18 was very poor and couldn't sustain any more Citizens, and he was chosen to leave the city. He doesn't likes to talk about his parent's work, so he decided to  apply to the MPF to prevent things like this ever to happen again. There are some blood dripping down on his forehead, but 34456's Gasmask prevented him from any kind of head injuries. 34456 Quickly flicks the Stunstick on High Voltage while Wilson is regaining his stability and makes a single swing which hits his knees. Wilson falls on the ground, 34456 kicks him in his stomach with his knee while he's falling on the ground. [b]- ** A woman approaches you, eyeing you before approaching to seduce or distract you, unbuttoning the two top buttons of her jacket.[/b] ** MPF.C17-UNION-i7.34456 takes his stunstick and puts it against her arms while she's unbuttoning the two top buttons of her jacket. 34456 say to her " Citizen, move along". As she doesn't stops he flicks on his stunstick and say's in the radio "10-91 charged with Level 5 violation attempted UPA seduction. 10-20 District B. Requesting transport." As she attempts to walk away 34456 jumps on her and forces her hands behind her back while he says in the radio "Requesting officers on my 10-20 District B. 10-91 is resisting arrest, prosecuting." He would unclip a ziptie from his belt as he ties the woman's arms together, then Flicks on his stunstick on high voltage and hits her head multiple times to make her fall Unconscious, then he grabs her by her two arms and brings her in Nexus. [b]- ** A woman could be seen running across the street within your view, towards the district gate, attempting to get to the slums likely.[/b] ** MPF.C17-UNION-i7.34456 radios in "10-91 spotted, 10-31 in progress. Level 2 violation. Requesting Officers on my 10-20, Plaza District Gate.", after this he takes out his 9mm from his holdster and starts to chase the citizen while he keeps updating his location status. When he sees her trying to climb up on the Gate, he looks down on the sight of the 9mm and pulls the trigger. Eventually a bullet hits her leg and she falls down. Then he radios in "10-91 injured, incapable to run. 10-20 District Gate. Requesting Helix unit."[/size]
